- Reflect—What were the takeaways from the session? What first steps can we take? You can trust that I’ll hold you accountable and guide you through the process. If you've booked a package, I'm happy to provide email support between our sessions.

Can I email you if I have a problem?
- Yes, email support between sessions is available.
Is the service only available online?
- If you live in Vienna, I am happy to hold the session in-person. Otherwise, the sessions are held online through Zoom.
What are your scheduling/refund policies?
- Cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before the session is free.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours is a 25€ fee.
- Cancelling within 48 hours of the session is a 50% charge.
- Cancelling after having already rescheduled is a full charge.
- If I need to cancel, I will offer a rescheduled date or a full refund.
